Review content:
Johnny's Wrecker Service was the first one to arrive at the scene of my son's accident. They were there even before the Police Arrived. The car was then towed to Johnny's impound lot. There were items missing from the truck, including a carton of cigarettes. I notifed them immediately and I was told that none of the employees smoke. I called again, asking to speak to the Manager, I was told I would receive a phone call back. No one ever returned my call. I again called and asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was not in and no one knew when he would be in. The lady on the phone again told me that the employees at Johnny's Wrecker Service ""Drink but they don't smoke"". I was told that employees are not allowed to go inside the vehicle, but they were able to tell me what was inside the vehicle.
