I have recommended Pool Covers, Inc. to every client of mine as well as to other contractors like myself. They have been a great subcontractor. Of all the subs I have, they are probably the best because they are so customer-driven. They always stand up and do the right thing at the right time.
About 10 years ago, they bought my friend's company, so we automatically switched over to them. Over the years, they have become an even better, tighter company. They are very personable. I make one phone call and get smothered in attention.
There are probably 5 different pool cover manufacturers in my market and every one of them builds a decent cover and is a respectable company that backs their product. Pool Covers, Inc. stands head and shoulders above all the others because they are so customer-driven. If I have a cover that breaks, they are there within 24 hours to service the client.
They are a great company. These people get it. They are driven by the services they provide, not money. They also are very easy to work with. After being in the pool industry for the past 56 years, I have seen a lot of guys come and go. This is the one company that does what they say they're going to do. They have competitive pricing and excellent service.
