I have been using Pool Covers for about 14 years now, since they first installed my pool cover. They come out and check on it every year to repair any weathering and are very reliable.
We have had a few unexpected damages to our covering, one being an umbrella blowing off into and impaling the pool cover. Pool Covers, Inc. came out the very next day to repair it. They have always been very respoonsive and we have kids and so whenever we have events where kids are going to be running around our backyard we can rely on them to fortify the cover.
They have a quick response, whether its to fix a leak, jam, or just for maintenance. They are reasonably priced for the services too, when the umbrella put a gaping hole in the cover they repaired it for under 100 dollars! Excellent service.
