Review content:
Dealing with Redwood Management and the Property Manager, Caitlin, was a complete nightmare. Due to an issue with my application, I decided we did not want to move on with the process and Caitlin was notified that we would not be moving in to the apartments. I was never called in regards to the status of my application and I called 6 times before I was able to reach the property manager, 6 days later. 18 business days later, they proceeded to fraudulently cash my $500.00 Security Deposit without notifying me or contacting me. The resolution that they offered was to refund me $250.00 and keep $250.00 due to damages from holding the property - even though I did my part in notifying them I was no longer interested and essentially did the property manager's job for her. In the end, it costed me $500.00 to look at the apartment for 30 minutes as they still have not refunded the $250.00 in question. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau.
