Wow, reading all these good reviews made me select this business, but I'm sorry I wasted my time! Brandon came out and ""diagnosed"" the problem with my dishwasher. We set up a day & time for him to return to fix it. My husband took off from work to meet Brandon at 2:30---Brandon was a no-show, and did not bother to call until 2 hours past the scheduled time. He claimed he was not sure he made the correct diagnosis. When I spoke to him the following day, I asked him why he didn't call us to discuss this with us instead of just not showing up. The guy is clueless--did not understand why I was so mad when he failed to show up at the time we agreed to.
