Review content:
This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wish I could give them zero stars. Don't waste your time with this place because they will certainly waste it for you and leave you with nothing but frustration. I dealt with a salesperson who was nice and seemed to know what she was doing until something went terribly wrong overnight. After finally sorting out all the details, price, financing, etc., I set up a time to come pick up the car the next morning. She called me when I was 5 minutes away to tell me that the car was gone and gave me a story about somebody selling it after she left work even though she put the sold sign on it. I asked for her manager's name and contact which she never gave me. When I found it myself and contacted him, he was extremely rude and never admitted there was anything wrong with what happened. His story about why the car wasn't there was completely different from hers, which makes me think they are either very confused or somebody is lying. He said if I didn't like the customer service at Kia Depot, he didn't want to sell me the car and said he was doing me a favor just by looking for it. Whatever bad reputation dealers have, this guy took it to a whole new low. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere and when Kia Depot called me days later to try to sell me the car, I didn't bother wasting any more time with this place.
