Dr. Rogers himself is short, rude and does not give much explanation. Most of the time you will see the nurse, a woman who is very nice. The office environment is strange and first time my husband was there she was asking him about all his medications at the front with the room full of people? I finally said isn't this something we should be talking about in private? She was offended? I had a problem with additional billing when using the surgery center that they strongly recommend being easier and cheaper. After going over the charges several times with receptionist and insurance company I was upset that there were $1,000.00 additional charges. The receptionist was rude and hung up on me during our conversation saying she had no obligation to let me know about the $1,000.00 additional fees because there is a sentence on the bottom of the pre-opp papers stating there may be some additional charges. Over all if you can find another office I would.
