I really wanted to like this nursery as they have a really nice selection of plants & trees and claim to have ""old fashioned customer service""; however, my experiences there have been poor. I could not get a single person to help me find what I was looking for. When I did finally go to check out, the teenage girl at the counter suddenly had an important telephone call to make to her friend. She did not say a single word to me, overcharged me by $5, and made no offers to have anyone help me load my heavy purchase into my car. Very disappointing.
