Planning to look at an Audi in the near future? Then you want to be sure to stop by Leith Audi Cary. I just completed a very smooth and easy transaction through their dealership, and I want to give special credit for this positive experience to my salesman, Ken Bundrum. Right from the friendly greeting I received upon initially meeting Ken on the dealership's floor room, through the time I ultimately drove the new car off the lot, Ken ensured my experience at Leigh was an extremely positive one. I applaud how he invested the necessary time up front to get to know me and fully understand what I was seeking in a next purchase. For the questions I had on the model I was interested in, he made sure all my questions were answered fully to my satisfaction before we moved on (and the answers were reinforced all the more as he made sure to also successfully demonstrate all the features and functions associated with the questions I raised). Throughout the experience, I found Ken to be very knowledgeable across the entire Audi product line, and I appreciated his regularly providing me with valuable insights on the functional differences between the current and past model years. I never got the sense of being pressured or rushed during the negotiation process, and felt the deal we ultimately agreed upon was a very fair one for both parties. Again, I had a very positive experience with my recent purchase, and would highly recommend Leith Cary and Ken Bundrum to anyone who's interested in purchasing a new or used Audi. Thanks again Ken, you've helped ensure I'll be a returning customer in the future. Let me also give kudos to Audi Cary's Business Manager, Gene Larsen. Like Ken, Gene readily expressed a genuine interest in my being fully satisfied with the entire car buying experience. He demonstrated himself to also be very thorough and did a great job ensuring all the necessary t's were crossed and i's dotted on the myriad of paperwork that needed to be signed. My thanks to Ken, Gene and the entire Leith staff for making my purchase experience such a positive one.
