I got a divorced in 2003. My husband dealt with most of the finances, so when the divorce was final I really had no guidance when it came to the financial stuff. I went to my credit union and the Financial Advisor there threw my settlement check into an Annuity, and I kept my life insurance policies with my husbands life insurance agent. I met Brian in 2005 when he was still at Ameriprise. He looked like he had just come out of High School, but something about him just made me comfortable and for such a young person he came off very intelligent and mature beyond his years. I transferred the settlement money and restructured my life insurance policies through him. Even though I do not enjoy managing the financial aspects in life, he is big on being educated enough to know what's going on with my money and why. I feel very comfortable with Brian and I feel he came around the perfect time in my life.
