I, too, found the owners, especially the wife, to be rude, defensive and generally not very helpful. Luckily, there's a UPS store nearby that's great. All things being equal, I'm big-time supportive of locally-owned businesses over the corporates, especially given that The Mail Stop is right in my neighborhood. I really, really want to support these people, so I went out of my way to patronize them when we moved here. But they blew it - I didn't expect the greeting and poor service I got. Sorry guys, but you reap what you sow.
