I went here a couple months ago and spent over $600 at this store (on a veil). I came back up there to pick up my stuff and they treated me horribly!!!! It was like they couldn't care less about helping us after they already got our money. Patti mumbled under her breath to Carla ""They didn't even have an appointment""... We didn't know we needed one to come pick something up that was already paid for. Then Carla said ""There is no pleasing you"" after we weren't too thrilled with the way she slopped the veil over a hanger.. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! THEY ARE SOO RUDE! They could definitely use a class in customer service/etiquette.
Pros: They had a veil I liked
Cons: horrendous owners
