Overall really liked the place. my art teacher had some package deal for buying all supplies from them so i went there * THEY WILL WORK TOGETHER W/ YOUR SCHOOL + they basically had all the supplies from my class list already put together in a bag so they really saved me the time to shop around. + for purchasing the package i received a 33% discount. * PRICES ARE REALLY LOW I was a bit skeptical about the pricing (I literally chose the place bc it would save me the time to search the items on the list one by one) + So when I got home i compared their prices to amazon (my preferred place when purchasing stuff that i need right away) + So the prices they offered were generally either tied up or about 15% lower than amazon ( after adding shipping charges) + on top of that i received a 33% discount for buying the whole package together and i didnt had to wait for the stuff to be shipped to my house. (of course ebay would definatelly be cheaper if I had about 2-3 weeks to wait for my stuff to be shipped from china) CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LACKING A BIT - so when i got there the store was empty and a person who looked like the manager made a gesture to some stoner/struggling artist-looking guy to go and help me - the guy looked like he was about ready to go home - I asked the guy if we could go over the list of stuff to make sure everything was on the bag, the guy agreed but he actually made me read him the list instead of him reading the list himself(because he is more familiar with the stuff on the list) but i also had to place the stuff back in the bag( his suggestion) while he did his duty of pointing his finger at the stuff as i read the list. + luckily the guy who looked like a manager noticed what was happening and took charge of the situation and read the list himself and of course it took him a third of the time that the other guy was takin + he also noticed an item on the list was missing and 1 was wrong + so although they do have at least 1 incompetent employee the manager -looking guy did know how to do his job OVERALL SCORE: 9/10 WILL DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
