we just got our annual dues invoice. I don't know how they do it with the bad economy and all the houses that are under water; but, there are no dues increase for our association, we may have less parties and gatherings in 2010, so hopefully our governing board with the help of cma can keep us goin' one more year and maybe by then there will be more jobs for everyone
