Review content:
I am a homeowner in Bridlewood and are under the auspices of CMA. It is my hope that when the contract comes up next year we will be well rid of this management company. I find them a very arrogant bunch, very expensive and are usurping their authority within this community. They often forget who is paying for them as do our own HOA Board so I suppose that is how this all started. We had a meeting on the 29th July and all rules of order were ignored. On CMA's website there is a book Roberts Rules of Order which they say is used in all meetings. Well where was it when we had our meeting and CMA did not even say a word when our HOA President decided that we do not use these rules. If you are a management company you should manage. This management company met with our Board and the Williams G & O and Mr. Mark Footlik to discuss potential drilling in Bridlewood. Why were they involved before the residents were involved? I could go on and on about no meeting agendas , no financial reports available forever, Now I hear there is a rush on to go back and have some notes for people to see . Before this they said that they did not ever take notes. Anyway, I would never recommend this company!!
