Review content:
Most of my neighbors at Chapel Hill do not fully understand that an HOA has to be operated as a business. At a recent meeting it was obvious that there were those that do not grasp that the housing market is going through a downturn. We are lucky that the developer has stayed with the community and that CMA is able to keep the property going by stretching the budget just to maintain basic services. If all the homeowners would pay their dues, then we will be able to do more things. DUH
