Review content:
This company lacks in the personal service department as well as in the field. Their technition came out once and estimated the situation, then scheduled the repair with me in person for the following day. I told him that I had to take off work two days in a row allready and could not afford to miss another day. He explained to me that I could leave the AC on in the house and pull the main breaker outside and they would be able to fix the problem without my presence. Well, they never showed up. According to their customer service representative the contact phone number which I gave them the previously day was never stored in their database and they had no way of contacting me. I have been without AC for four days now and have learned the hard way to always go with a company known for their dependability.
