I have been dealt with this company for about 9 months now. I have been late before but always called them to let them know ahead of time. Depending on who I talk to they are nice..But I have gotten a few call me the day I was due at 8am in the morning and be so rude that I refused to talk to them until they put someone else on the phone. I guess when someone there is having a bad day they forget that we are the reason they get paid in the first place. As soon as this loan is paid I will never use this finance company again!
