Don't even know what to say.....just do not even trust your car with these people. The customer service is by far the worst I have EVER seen here in Allen/McKinney/Plano for any place I have been (ie rest, banks, stores). I just really want everyone to know---do not think that they will stand by their work. This is pretty much a con-artist in a automotive shop. I have no ill feelings towards the business as I could care less about them. I truly hope that they go out of business as what goes around should come around to jerks like this. I do not want to go into details as I don't think that I could spend that much time typing....just a final picture...my car is non-repairable and it went in working fine....they blame me for everything so that they don't need to deal with anything.
