I decided to try Wild Iris this evening after seeing the positive reviews on this site. Unfortunately my experience was not what the ratings led me to expect. This place is a bit long on pretense and short on actual performance. It's basically a wannabe Park Cafe. The entrees were hodgepodges of generic foodie-fusion ingredients which were neither particularly fresh nor well prepared. The service was mediocre as were the prices. There may not be many options for fine dining in Brentwood but this is a place to settle for, not look forward to.
