I went here for the herbal body wrap. Although the girl was nice, she was TOTALLY inexperienced. She was not a licensed esthetician (as the ""spa"" boasts) nor did she know anything about what was in the ""mud"" or what was in the wrap. She didn't know how it worked to cause you to lose inches. Not to mention, they do not give you any ""spa panties"" to wear so when I left, my bra and panties were soaked through so much that by the time I got home my clothes were wet in those areas. Thank goodness I was not going anywhere else! Later that evening, my skin was so dry (after showering when I got home) that I had to put a ton of lotion all over because I was itching. It was not an allergic reaction by any means, just very flaky. Plus, everytime I have went in there, it seems to be staffed by very young and inexperienced employees. I will never go back there again. I have had a massage there before and it was ok. Not the best one I've ever had but definitely not the worst. That is the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of only one.
