Review content:
Before we scheduled an appointment, I told Mr. Gabler I was on a budget and wondered if he could give me a general idea of the cost of landscape design. He told me it would vary, but said if the job were not too large, he might write a plan on the spot and charge me fifty dollars. At the scheduled appointment, that is exactly what he did. He then told me he would finalize the plans and call with an estimate. When I called the office two weeks later, the lady who answered the phone said she ""would try to get him to call."" His company motto states he is the most professional and timely in the business, but the exact opposite proved to be true. Based on other reviews, I know Mr. Gabler is used to doing costly projects, but there is absolutely no excuse for his rude dismissal based on the assumption that this job would not be as profitable.
