I wanted to give you feed back on one of the companies that was featured on here for 8/13/2010. It was a company by the name of House Cleaners LLC. and was $65.00. It started off with the woman being 45 minutes late to the estimate appointment. Once we finally schedule the appt., 30 minutes before they were supposed to be here she cancels and says they are short handed. When I try to reschedule she does not call me back for days and finally tells me the days I am wanting she will not be able to do, which was not what was discussed. When I finally went around her schedule she was an hour late to the appt. again. Her employees that she brought were really rude and unprofessional. She dropped them off at 3pm and they finished at 5:20pm, not the full three hours that I paid for. The work they put in was the worst cleaning service I have ever seen! There was trash left on the floor from them and they did not wipe down the sinks or countertops. The whole house smelled of vinegar and did NOT have a clean smell! When they were leaving they used my microwave to heat up their food! After they left early, they went and sat on my lawn with all their supplies while waiting for their ride, which was there about an hour later (which shoudl have been used to stil be cleaning). I will never use this company again!
