Review content:
I started going to Lori a couple of years ago to have my hair cut and colored. I felt that she was a very good stylist. I wasn't too impressed with her coloring skills since she only colored my entire head once a year which she said is the norm and each time I went (approimately every 10-2 weeks) she would just color the roots). I had never heard this before but went along with it. A couple of months after I starting going there she wanted me to buy some products to use which I agreed to do even though they are very very overpriced. I spent approximately $75 on shampoo and conditioner and as I expected, it made no difference in the condition of my hair. Everytime I went in she tried to convince me to use something else, i.e., buy from her. I told her that the products were just too expensive, to which she said, well, you have the money. I managed to put her off each time, until my last visit. As she was styling my hair and I was getting ready to make my next appointment with her, she cut me off in the middle of my sentence and said, you have the worst hair of anyone who comes into my shop. Well, that was the last time I ever saw her. I cannot believe that with the economy the way it is, especially in the Titusville area, that a business owner would insult someone who comes in regularly, pays cash and gives a 20% tip. I have my own business and I would never ever treat a good customer like that. I also cannot believe she would be that meanspirited as she is supposedly a good Christian woman. I guess business must be good!!!
