Review content:
Upon calling regarding using a gift certificate, I discovered that this business has a new owner. I wonder how long she'll be in business if she treats all her customers like this- rude and unaccomodating. Do yourself a favor and spend your time and money at one of the many similar shops in the area that treat their customers appropriately.
Cons: No customer service skills!!
