I stumbled upon this nail salon once about 5 months ago and will never want to go anywhere else. In fact, whenever I have visited other salons, it's been because I was out of town or Lee Spa was closed that day.
The atmosphere here is fantastic! The music played is like a Lite FM station (which I know probably drives the clinicians batty when it's an all day everyday thing, LOL) but I love it! The salon is well maintained and managed. No matter which clinician I have, it's always a great experience. During busy times, the manager will often send customers to her sister salon (Diva Nail) to make sure they don't have to wait a long time. It's a good idea to make appts when you come in so you don't have to wait but even if you don't, your wait time shouldn't be more than 5 mins.
The manicurists' licenses are clearly displayed and up-to-date as well as their cleanliness grading. The manager speaks English very well so if communication is an issue, she will assist however she can. Several of the other clinicians also communicate well enough in English to understand your needs but if there is a struggle, you will get support.
