Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. Wouldn't even give them a star, but this system requires at least one. After more than 15 years with this provider the first time we had a problem we received deplorable service (they don't keep appointments). They have rude service staff, and they can't correct their mistakes, nor do they deliver what they say they will, when they say they will. They are over priced, and at every level of management (including all the way to the top) they are very unresponsive. What a dud!
