If you need to ship something and expect it to be there on a certain date, DO NOT USE UPS or this store in particular. On Friday December 26 I brought a LARGE (38 lb) package of clothes there to ship to FL. I told them I needed it to be there by Friday Jan 2. Of course they give you the standard there is NO GUARANTEE, but according to the system if you ship it 3 day ground it will be there by the date you need it. Even the receipt had ""expected delivery date"" of Friday 2 January 2009.
Pros: AT LEAST THEY CALL YOU BACK
Cons: THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD
