I have shopped at Diet and Sport for a number of years. I used to shop online. The first time I was in the store, Ken took me off of the products I was buying online. He taught me the differences in the products and helped me understand the difference between Internet blogging, product marketing and science. Within weeks I went from seeing no response from my body and the Internet products I was taking to seeing immediate response from the products and timing Ken suggested. I feel I save more money shopping at Diet and Sport than online because I am only buying the products that actually work. The best thing about Ken is he is always promoting the healthy choice to athletics as opposed to others that want to sell you a stimulant or a steroid.
Pros: The best selection, price and people in Utah
