I recently purchased a new Mecedes E class which for the price I intend to keep looking new , and at it's best. I live in Wyoming ( not far from Shine N Ride ) and decided to give them a try. I puchased their best car wash and expected to be pleased. Upon inspection of my new baby I saw dirt remaining on the front of the car and my rims were not cleaned out at all. I asked the guy who did my car to wipe the dirt off the lower front which he did poorly. I then asked him to wipe the rims down and he actually rolled his eyes at me and proceeded to do an equaly poor job at that. At this point I was becoming increasingly anoyed and asked to speak to the manager. What I got was a was a short guy with an attitude and a chip on his shoulder who frankly looked like he was in a work release program and strung out on who knows what. He informed me that Mercedes have cheap brakes and "" make too much dust "". I told him this is a brand new $60,000.00 car and should look that way given the money I spent at their establishment. He then informed me that he drove a Hyundai and never has any problems with it, and "" it didn't cost me no $60,000.00"". Compleetly shocked by his indifferance and glaring stare I asked to speek to the owner. I was then informed that "" he aint here and never will be "". In short this has got to be the worst run, and worst managed buisness I have ever encountered in my 47 years on this planet earth. I will NEVER , EVER , go there again, This place is a JOKE.
