Review content:
I first started working with Austin Real Estate Partners in 2007. My wife and I had our house in Circle C Ranch on the market during that very difficult period. We spoke to Robert McKenna, who encouraged us not to sell, so we decided not to.
In April of this year, we decided to put the house back on the market. Robert was very helpful and responsive to our requests. By August, the house was ready to sell. After one week on the market, my wife had to have a tonsillectomy. Robert delayed the process for ten days, until she recovered. After a week back on the market, the house was under contract.
Our first strategy was to put the house up for sell and find a place to lease. About two weeks until closing, I asked Robert if there was a way to buy a house instead of entering into a lease. Robert put me in touch with a broker agent, who was able to secure us for a mortgage. After several days of searching, Robert was able to locate a place in Round Rock, which we are very happy with. My experience with Robert showed me how hard he will work for his customers to help them meet their needs.
