Review content:
The owners are frauds.
Rent is higher then anywhere in Pearland
Buildings are junk. They leak water every time it rains and subsequently are filled with mold. They are closed by the city and county authorities on a regular basis.
They do not pay their bills and get their tenants dragged into court regularly.
Several of their projects have been foreclosed on.
They lose tenants fast because of their bad attitude and scam artist acts.
Warning to Tradesmen:
YOU WILL NOT BE PAID MONEY YOUR OWED.
They have an abundance of liens and owe money to almost everyone who has ever done work for them.
They will also bad mouth you to anyone who will listen. Which is not many at this point in Pearland. Anyone who knows, knows to avoid these people.
