dad was admitted with very dangerous brain injury. we were afraid he wouldn't pull thru. an incident the 1st night caused the family to panic. we went overboard in responses (still very emotional). everyone at Victoria from the Director down took exceptional care of him AND the family. attentive to our wishes. accommodated us in every way. i wrote an earlier review from his 1st night incident (in the heat of the moment) and wish i could remove that post. Victoria's staff is exceptional and caring of our loved one. wish he could continue to stay. please don't hesitate to use Victoria; they're great!
