I callled on Sunday night before Memorial Day and got a live call back within 5 minutes! (I had been given a list of agencies to call and started with As and went down the list alphabetically). Not one of the other agencies I called returned my call. I am so glad I made it down the list to the Ks because Kensington Agency was the one that very professionally handled my situation. I had no need to call any agencies after Kensington. I am really impressed with them. What great service-On a Sunday night, on a three day Holiday weekend-answered my call right away and patiently listened to the whole story in order to find the best caregiver. They are really on the ball! I am so pleased with the way it all turned out over the weekend So far so very good! I will update my review after I deal with them for a while longer. For now I give them an A for effort and 5 stars for helping me out when I was in dire need.
