My husband and I searched the area for a good, decent gym to get a membership with. We toured a few and finally settled on Pinnacle Athletic Club in Mishawaka, IN. We prepayed for a year at the price of $731. On the contract it said that if we terminated early, then there would be a penalty. Because of gas prices increasing, we needed to cancel our membership. We did so and they told us that we would recieve a phone call about getting a refund for what we did not use. We only had the membership for a few months and some change. As of now we have been going back and forth with them for almost two months trying to get this refund. They told us that we do not get one, even though it is clearly stated on the contract signed by both parties. I would not recommend this gym to anyone, nor would I give it any stars at all if this was an option. They are horrible on the business side. I don't know about any of you, but I surely do not want to pay $731 for two months at a gym.
