Review content:
This spa passes itself off as a premium day spa. It is noisy due to the design and the front desk staff is below average. I stood at the front desk after my appointment to make a follow-up appointment with a wonderful massage therapist (Kelly is the ONLY reason to go) while the receptionist chatted and ignored me. I had to ASK to re-book. Don't want my business? Fine, I'll go elsewhere!!! You have to ASK to get a spa robe before your appointment. I showed up early, ASKED for a robe so that I could go into the sauna and was given no slippers, I guess, because I didn't ask!! Customer service is a joke, Kelly the massage therapist is the REAL DEAL though.
Pros: Location, Aveda Products, Kelly Clawson
Cons: Spa desk service, Noisy, Not at all Posh
