I have lived here for almost a year and just renewed my lease. So far, I like it.
Pros: nice area, close to shopping and restaurants, gym, pool, community events.
Cons: parking can be an issue in the evening. Not that there isn't enough spaces, it's that people don't know how to park right and take up more than one space. Also I wouldn't exactly say these are luxury apartments like they claim.
Overall, it is pretty quite, pretty clean and have not had any issues. I have seen bad reviews under their former name (Woodview) but I'm guessing things have improved since the change.
