When I was having repeated trouble with a furnace in our building, I called Kohler Heating. Bill Kohler answered the phone (no voicemail or pressing buttons) and came over exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem and made a few suggestions. Within 3 hours I had a new motor and the furnace hummed along just fine. I was relieved. The cost was very, very reasonable and Bill told me to call if anytime if I had any problems. He checked back the next week to see how the furnace and called again a month or two later in the midst of the winter. Now, Bill takes care of all our HVAC needs and I am appreciative of the customer service, friendliness, and prompt response. Kohler Heating is a SF family business I will always refer people to. They do excellent work
Pros: Trustworthy, punctual, reasonably priced, and friendly
Cons: None I know of.
