I was pleasantly suprised by the promptness and quality of service, and the fair price! We woke up to find our heater wasn't working, and were so worried. I called Louis Heating and they said someone was going to be over that day. The technician came and quickly determined the problem and fixed it. He even took a look at the our ciculation problem, and adjusted it while he was here. We really appriciated the advice he gave and the time he took to explain everything. I was also very surprised at the fair price. I've come to expect service to be overpriced and to be taken advantage of given that i don't know what i'm looking at, but not here. Would definatly recommend these guys to a friend.
Pros: Fast service. Fair price. Knoweldgeble.
Cons: The receptionst was a little scattered. Was supposed to call back, but I had to call back myself.
