I had been going to Zen for about a year now and have enjoyed it. I was very surprised when I went in for a massage one day with my girl friend on how the owner acted. We were greeting by another lady who was very nice. Then when the owner came in with her son they were sitting behind the desk and she had made a remark to the lady who had greeted us and looked like she just shrugged at the owner and went about her bussiness. However, her son asked her what she said and she tried to tell him and he kept saying what i dont understand. He did this several times and I was shocked because we were sitting right there in front of them so we were able to hear what she had said. She told her son that we were a weird couple and some other things which I can only guess that it was not nice as she was trying to hide her conversation with a folder. I felt like we where in grammer school. So if the owner can talk about her clients while they are sitting in the waiting room...I can only imagine what she says about us when we are not there...Needless to say I will be going somewhere else
