Review content:
Vladimir Diaz was recommended by a neighbor whose fence he put up so we decided to go with him too. He came to the house to discuss what we wanted and measured the area for the fence. On Dec. 15, 2011 we gave him a check for $4500 which he cashed on Dec. 16. We spoke a few times. He said he got the fence but was finishing a job. Each week he said he would be here the following week. Then I called and he said he would be here soon. I waited but he didn't come. Now he doesn't even answer my calls. I called the Gemstone Fences and learned that he did put in the order in December but never paid for it or picked it up. I will try to get his license taken away - if he even is licensed. He is not trustworthy and very unbusinesslike. It has been over 3 months. I thought that doing it during this very mild winter would have been easy.
