Businiess name:  Morgans
Review by:  Suzanne S.
Review content:
It was one of those days--traffic was horrible, stores were packed, I chipped two dishes, someone mistook me for pregnant (that is an odd moment) and my kitchen faucet was leaking. By the time I stumbled into Morgans in Ballard I truly could not string a sentence together. Fortunately TERRY (as his name-badge read) found me lost and mumbling to myself among the heat registers and chivalrously guided me upstairs to the kitchen faucet showroom. Using small words--he could tell I was in trouble--with good humor he explained only what I needed to know about plumbing and helped me find a fixture that we well within my budget. At check-out when I lamented, well started bitching really, about what it was like getting bids from plumbers (rude, late, expensive, and charge a time/labor just to bid) he briskly handed me a card for Scott, a former Morgans employee now free agent plumber (I have called him for a quote...report to follow). Hats off to Morgans.
