I have a Bulgari scuba watch that was more than 10 years old and the rubber watch band that it came with needed to be replaced. Bulgari is a high end jewelry company & there are no Bulgari retail stores located in Portland. I tried a few jewelry stores & none could find a replacement since the watch is somewhat unique & required a precise fitting to attach a new wrist band. I stopped into Kassab Jewelers as it is near my job. They initially found the exact replacement, but I felt it was too expensive. They continued to look & found a phenomenal stainless steel substitute wrist band that looks like it was made specifically for this watch. The substitute was more within my price range. I also decided to have the watch serviced as it is an automatic & was running a little slow. The friendly service, do-what-it-takes-to-make-the-customer-happy-&-satisfied approach will have me using this jeweler for years to come if I need a jeweler. The time & effort spent by the staff at Kassab Jewelers to find a wrist band replacement for this expensive watch went above & beyond what I would have expected. Professional & friendly...Cheers!
