One star is being OVERLY generous! Our job was signed w/ another contractor (their sister company) but it was subcontracted to INSPIRED KITCHEN AND BATH due to their high volume and the lack work INPSIRED had; NOW WE KNOW WHY!!!! Rich appears very nice in the beginning,he claims to be a former member of the USMC but he has NO follow through or integrity when issues came up he ran and was NON RESPONSIVE.! He has no courtesy, he told me several times he was coming to our job site and I wiated for him; he never showed or had the common courtesy to call to say he was not coming!He and his people would take NO responsibility for anything they did wrong, they would place the blame elsewhere! CAN YOU SAY LAZY! He was suppose to project mange the job, but DID NOT I DID IT! I have a VERY busy life and schedule!!! His two employees that worked at our home ""THE EXPERTS"" are not what they seem, they left a mess, did not complete their ""TO FIX"" items even though they claimed they did When you would bring things to their attention it upset them and they would give allot of excuses! Now the lead guy at our home seemed very nice and knowledgeable but if you could see all the work you would definitely agree something is a miss. His helper was not very nice and very defensive about everything! Rich the owner even made the comment he treated us the way he did becuase he knew we would NOT provide them referrals!!!!! JUST RUN!!! You dont need to think twice! You will be happy you did! His mess is now being cleaned up tby the owner of his sister company.

Cons: NO INTEGRITY, FOLLOW UP, POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP
