Review content:
When my furnace went out in December 2008, I thought it would be a straightforward problem to fix. It turned out that the entire furnace needed to be replaced.
It was the holiday time and a storm was coming in, but Washington Natural Gas came out and installed the furnace in one day, which I appreciated.
I am sure that they had a lot of customers at that time of year, but they really came through for me. I was totally amazed. They did great work and the furnace has been working flawlessly.
I would definitely use Washington Natural Gas again. Their service was excellent and they were very responsive.
Even though I was not planning on a new furnace for Christmas, it was welcome. They really helped me out at a busy time of year.
