This service remembered to deposit my check, but didn't remember to care for my pets when I went away for the weekend. When I came home to my upset animals, I immediately called them to find out what in the world happened. It took them 48 hours to respond to my frantic, yet polite voice message. Please do not expose your pets to this unacceptable service.
