Review content:
I have been a customer of this car wash for the last 10+ years. At first the service was excellent and the wash was good. Recently it seems as if the employees don't seem as friendly and the wash is just okay. I'm not sure if competition has anything to do with it but since Paradise has started buying up other locations they seem to have gotten out of the customer service business. The guy who greets me still does his best job to ""upsell"" me a wash or an extra service - that is expected and fine but the rest of the employees are seemingly living up to ( or down to) the standards the owners set. Just today the guys drying my car all had pants around their thighs - the guy getting in and out of the car might have just not worn pants that day because they were almost non-existent.
