I am a building engineer for a prominant commercial property management company, I located Mechanical Partners, Inc. through this website & have to brag on their Service Division! From the lady who answered the phone who was so very polite as we discussed the problems I was having, to the professionalism from the time the plumber arrived & contacted me, until the repair was complete. He actually took the time and comunicated with me, advising the whole process. When he was finished I signed his paperwork & he presented a customer service survey. . . this company obviously cares about their image. The plumber left the work area claener than when he arrived, this, in todays times is almost unheard of. I'll give them two thumbs up and FIVE stars! I think I just found a new plumbing company!
