Review content:
I used them to inspect my new building's fire sprinkler system because their sticker was there. They had all the records for my sprinkler system and the service guy new my system. It was nice since I'm still learning the ins and outs of my building to know someone with past knowledge that can help me out.
Pros: a human always answers when I called. NO COMPUTERS!
