I really hate giving a company or service store such a bad rating, but this is deserved. Our daughter had bought tires from them and part of the deal was that she was to get tire rotation every certain amount of miles. Well, she had went and had it done. When she had came over the next day I asked her if she was sure they rotated her tires. She said, "yes, I was in their waiting area for an hour and a half waiting. Well, I then showed her her back right tire and reminded her of the paint that was spilled on that tire and it was amazing that it was still on the right back side. I called the shop up and told them that they did not do the rotation and that we were upset that our daughter waited there for an hour and a half for a job that wasn't done. The guy I talked to assured me it WAS done. I told him about the paint on the back tire and that proved it wasn't rotated. I advised him that we would not use their services or buy tires from them again. Too bad that they act like that in a small town...Word gets around fast here!
